Fern Violet Rohauer

Fern Violet Rohauer, of Middleport, NY; entered into rest on January 22, 2018 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. She was born in Buffalo, NY on April 12, 1937 to the late Frank and Gladys (Lawson) Ehlers.

Fern graduated from Parker School in 1955 and married her late husband, Ronald Rohauer in October 1971. Fern was the owner/operator of the Town Diner. She enjoyed quilting and traveling, especially on cruises and to casinos. Her favorite activity was playing bingo.

Beloved mother of Mark (Debbie) Peterson and Troy (Tracy) Peterson; cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; dear sister of Pauline Koeppel. Fern was predeceased by a sister, Beryl Lattimer.

Friends and relatives may call from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, January 25, at Ross Funeral Home of Akron, LLC, 10 Eckerson Avenue, Akron where a Funeral Service will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 26, 2018.
