Hazel E. Kellner (nee Young), of Akron went home to be with the Lord on December 16, 2018. She was born February 9, 1938 in Buffalo, New York to the late Isburn J. and Hazel Rose (Eddy) Young.
Hazel was a 1956 graduate of Holland Central School. She cherished her work as an administrative assistant at the Peninsular Florida District Office of the General Council of the Assembly of God. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove GCAG and Victory Full Gospel Church. Hazel was a devoted attendee of Odosagih Bible Conference and many missionaries. She enjoyed crafting, was a quality baker, and an avid, flawless seamstress. Hazel was a devoted and loving caregiver of her special sister Violet.
Devoted and loving niece Patty Young-Szlapak and other nieces and nephews survive Hazel. Hazel is predeceased by her siblings, the late James (Marlowe)Young, late Millard (Barb)Young, late Ruth (Edwin) Duermyer, Violet Young, and husband, the late John Knox Kellner.
