Jacqueline Dellinger, of Akron went peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 27, 2018. She was born in Linton, Indiana on July 18, 1951 to the late John A. Flynn and Patty (Conder) Nappo.
Jackie married her high school sweetheart, Larry Dellinger on August 10, 1968. Larry's job with the railroad brought their family from Illinois to Western New York in the early 90’s. She was a longtime member of the Western New York Steam Association. Jackie was a devoted mother who enjoyed making candy and shopping with her family. She especially loved a bargain.
Loving wife of fifty years of Larry Dellinger; beloved mother of Kevin (Dianne) Dellinger and Amanda (Brian) Smith. Her mother, Patty Nappo; a sister, Debbie (Mike) Parham; and four grandchildren, Brenden, Alexis, Zachary, and Ashley also survive Jackie.
Friends and family are invited to a Visitation on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Ross Funeral Home of Akron, LLC, 10 Eckerson Avenue, Akron, NY where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 6 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, donatons to Hospice Buffalo gratefully accepted.
