Lowell A. Freeman, went home to be with the Lord on March 9, 2019. He was born in Newstead on September 3, 1931 to the late Sam and Louise (Berghorn) Freeman.
He was a 1949 graduate of Parker High School in Clarence. Lowell worked on the family farm all of his life until his retirement. He was a proud member of the NRA with an extensive firearm collection. Lowell also was an avid collector of items from the Civil War, American Indian artifacts, canes, and other items that would catch his eye. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Lowell is survived by his loving wife of almost 39 years Arletha (Albrecht) Freeman; beloved children, Julie (Lamar) Mast, John Johnson, and Martin Johnson. Four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive him. A sister, Lorraine Freeman predeceases him.
