Marilyn Perry Obituary

Marilyn R. Perry, of Akron entered into rest on September 18, 2018. She was born in Batavia, NY on July 18, 1940 to the late Leon Scharlau and Gertrude (Ball) Scharlau.

Marilyn was a 1959 graduate of Corfu High School. She worked as a Food Services Manager for Marriott Services in East Pembroke. She was a past member of the Pembroke Fire Auxiliary. Marilyn was an avid reader and fan of NASCAR and the NFL.

Beloved mother of Clair (Darlene) Perry, Gordon (Melony) Perry, Ruth Perry, John (Joycelyn) Perry; dear sister of Richard (MaryAnn) Scharlau, Linda (David) Kimmel, Phylis Scharlau. Marilyn is also survived by seven grandchildren one great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a daughter in law, Joanne Perry.
