Patricia Swiatowy Obituary

Patricia Ann Swiatowy (nee Scarborough), went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2019. She was born in Middleport, New York on November 20, 1930 to the late Marshall and Sadie (Davis) Scarborough.

Patricia graduated in 1948 from Akron Central Schools. She married her husband of over sixty years, Anthony Swiatowy on  April 17, 1951. Patricia was a member of the Akron First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed garage sales, gardening, books, postcards, and hugs!

Beloved mother of David (Kathy) Swiatowy, Thomas (Erin) Swiatowy, and Deborah (Kevin) Schultz. Seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews survive Patricia. Forest Scarborough, Altice Peer, Edward Scarborough, Delos Scarborough, Herman Scarborough, Eugene Scarborough, Mildred Rindell, Gerald Scarborough, and Margaret Luthart predecease her.

Friends and relatives may call from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, at Ross Funeral Home of Akron, LLC, 10 Eckerson Avenue. A funeral service will take place on Monday at 11 a.m.
